    IN NATURE...THE FREEZING DRIZZLE MAY COAT ELEVATED AND/OR
    UNTREATED SURFACES SUCH AS BRIDGES WITH A LIGHT GLAZE CAUSING
    LOCAL SLICK SPOTS. VTRANS RECENTLY REPORTED FREEZING DRIZZLE
    OCCURRING IN THE BOLTON AND WATERBURY AREAS. IF OUT TRAVELING

    MORNING ARE AROUND FREEZING IN SOME LOCATIONS...ESPECIALLY EAST OF
    THE GREEN MOUNTAINS AND ACROSS NORTHERN NEW YORK. THIS COMBINED
    WITH AREAS OF FREEZING RAIN...FREEZING DRIZZLE AND SLEET WILL LEAD
    TO A TRACE OF BLACK ICE ON AREA ROADWAYS.
    WHILE ANY ICE ACCUMULATION WILL BE LIGHT...EVEN A TRACE OF ICE
