    THIS INCLUDES THE CITY OF WELLSVILLE...
    CATTARAUGUS COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK...
    THIS INCLUDES THE CITIES OF...SALAMANCA...OLEAN...
    ERIE COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK...
    WYOMING COUNTY IN WESTERN NEW YORK...
    * UNTIL 645 PM EDT
    * AT 344 PM EDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR ESTIMATED
    BETWEEN AN INCH AND TWO INCHES OF RAINFALL FALLING WITHIN AN AREA OF
    SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS. THIS RAINFALL OVER A SATURATED GROUND
    WILL ELEVATE SMALL STREAMS ACROSS THE ADVISED AREA...WITH SEVERAL
    STREAMS LIKELY TO REACH NEAR BANKFULL.
    THIS RAINFALL WILL ALSO CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN AREAS OF POOR
    DRAINAGE AND PONDING OF WATER ON SOME ROADWAYS.
    STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL CONTINUE TO RISE EVEN AFTER THE HEAVY
    RAINFALL HAS ENDED.
