    THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN BUFFALO HAS CANCELLED THE WIND
    CHILL ADVISORY.
    * LOCATIONS...OSWEGO COUNTY.
    * TIMING...INITIAL LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL BE FOUND HEAVIEST THIS
    MORNING...THEN LIFT NORTHWARD OUT OF THE COUNTY BY NOONTIME.
    AFTER A BRIEF LULL...SYNOPTIC SNOW WILL TRANSITION TO LAKE
    EFFECT SNOW AGAIN TONIGHT WITH THE LAKE EFFECT SNOW EXPECTED TO
    BE HEAVY AT TIMES THROUGH SATURDAY.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TODAY...4 TO 6 INCHES IN THE MOST
    PERSISTENT LAKE SNOWS. SNOWFALL RATES UP TO 2 INCHES AN HOUR
    ACROSS THE NORTHERN PORTION OF THE COUNTY EXPECTED IN THE
    HEAVIEST SNOW BANDS THIS MORNING.
    * SNOW THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY...STORM TOTALS OF 1 TO 2
    FEET IN THE MOST PERSISTENT SNOW BANDS. SNOWFALL RATES OVER 3
    INCHES AN HOUR ARE LIKELY.
    * VISIBILITIES...AS LOW AS A QUARTER MILE AT TIMES TODAY. NEAR
    ZERO FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.
    * IMPACTS...LAKE EFFECT SNOW WILL PRODUCE DIFFICULT TRAVEL WITH
    LOW VISIBILITY AND SNOW COVERED ROADS THIS MORNING AND INTO THE
    AFTERNOON HOURS. ANOTHER ROUND OF VERY HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW IS
    LIKELY FRIDAY AND SATURDAY WHICH COULD LEAD TO VERY DIFFICULT
    TRAVEL CONDITIONS...DEEP SNOW COVERED ROADS AND LOW
    VISIBILITIES.
