  • ...ENHANCED RISK OF FIRE SPREAD THROUGH THIS AFTERNOON...
    THE COMBINATION OF LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY LEVELS AND INCREASING
    SOUTHERLY FLOW TODAY WILL RESULT IN CONDITIONS FAVORABLE FOR THE
    RAPID SPREAD OF BRUSH FIRES. FORTUNATELY...LARGER FUELS ARE STILL
    MOIST ENOUGH THOUGH THAT THERE WILL BE LIMITED SPREAD INTO THEM.
    RH VALUES WILL BE LOWEST LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH THE EARLY
    AFTERNOON...DROPPING INTO THE 20S ACROSS THE AREA. WINDS WILL BE
    LIGHT THIS MORNING...INCREASING THIS AFTERNOON TO 15 TO 20 MPH
    WITH GUSTS 25 TO 30 MPH.
    THE RISK WILL DIMINISH BY THIS EVENING AS RH VALUES INCREASE AND
    THE WINDS BEGIN TO DIMINISH.
