    THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING...
    * LOCATIONS...HAMILTON COUNTY.
    * HAZARD TYPES...POTENTIALLY HEAVY LAKE EFFECT SNOW.
    * SNOW ACCUMULATIONS...POSSIBLY 7 INCHES OR GREATER.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...UP TO 1 TO 2 INCHES PER HOUR AT TIMES.
    * TIMING...A LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP JUST
    SOUTH OF THE SAINT LAWRENCE VALLEY ON THURSDAY. THIS SNOW BAND
    IS EXPECTED TO DRIFT SOUTHWARD AND MIGHT WORK INTO
    NORTHWESTERN HAMILTON COUNTY. THIS LAKE EFFECT SNOW BAND COULD
    IMPACT PORTIONS NORTHWESTERN HAMILTON COUNTY MUCH OF THURSDAY
    NIGHT BEFORE SHIFTING SOUTHWARD AND WEAKENING ON FRIDAY.
    * IMPACTS...SNOW COVERED ROADS AND POOR VISIBILITY WITHIN LAKE
    EFFECT SNOW BANDS.
    * WINDS...WEST 10 TO 15 MPH WITH OCCASIONAL GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
    * TEMPERATURES...TEENS THURSDAY NIGHT TO MID 20S ON FRIDAY.
