    * ACCUMULATIONS...GENERALLY 3 TO 6 INCHES WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
    AMOUNTS UP TO 8 INCHES POSSIBLE.
    * MAXIMUM SNOWFALL RATES...AROUND AN INCH PER HOUR.
    * TIMING...OVERNIGHT INTO EARLY THURSDAY MORNING.
    * IMPACTS...SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL LEAD TO HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
    CONDITIONS...ESPECIALLY ALONG AND NORTH OF ROUTE 28.
    * WINDS...WEST WINDS OF 10 TO 15 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 25 MPH.
