    ORANGE...WINDSOR...WESTERN RUTLAND...AND WESTERN ADDISON IN VERMONT AND
    EASTERN ESSEX COUNTY IN NEW YORK.
    * TIMING...NOON TODAY UNTIL 7 PM THIS EVENING.
    * WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 25 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 40 MPH.
