    LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHERN CHENANGO...NORTHERN
    OTSEGO...SOUTHEASTERN MADISON AND SOUTHEASTERN ONEIDA COUNTIES.
    * LOCATIONS THAT WILL BE AFFECTED INCLUDE HAMILTON...COOPERSTOWN...
    SHERBURNE...NEW HARTFORD AND UTICA.
    VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED DUE TO THE HEAVY RAINFALL AND MAY CAUSE
    PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS. PLEASE DRIVE SAFELY. RAINFALL TOTALS
    WILL BE AROUND ONE INCH.

    A STRONG SURGE OF MOISTURE...WILL COMBINE WITH A SLOW MOVING FRONTAL
    COMPLEX...TO BRING PERIODS OF HEAVIER RAINFALL TODAY AND THIS
    EVENING.
    MOST AREAS WILL SEE 0.5 TO 1.0 INCHES OF RAIN INTO THIS AFTERNOON...WITH
    LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE FOR PORTIONS OF STEUBEN AND YATES
    COUNTIES.
    ALTHOUGH PERIODS OF RAIN SHOULD PERSIST THIS AFTERNOON...IT WILL
    LIKELY BE LIGHTER AND MORE SPORADIC IN NATURE.
    LATER IN THE DAY AND ESPECIALLY THIS EVENING...BURSTS OF HEAVIER
    RAINFALL...ALONG WITH ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS...ARE EXPECTED TO
