The chair looks fantastic with the Red, White and Blue! Use it for what it was intended. To sit on and relax. Enough of this political correctness stupidity.
This couch is a beautiful piece of furniture. The representation of the American flag is not desecrated by having people sitting & relaxing on it. Mr. Pearson is wrong to say it doesn't belong in a public building. This political correctness is wearing thin on me.
I commend Ms. Fox on her opinion about the Lowe's closing. Her analysis is quite accurate (although I'm not sure what tax arrangements were made with Lowe's). And I agree with her when she says the state and its agencies put up too many obstacles. Why in the world would any business consider coming to New York with so many hoops to jump through?
We need our governor and representatives (local and regional) to put up the WELCOME sign for any and all businesses. They should get off their duffs and lessen the burden on all businesses.
It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out.
I personally believe our local leaders don't do enough to encourage and cultivate a business- friendly environment.
Are the local supervisors doing enough? In my opinion, no.
