Dozens of Home Depot volunteers upgrade Chester Veterans Plaza

Working on their days off, 40 Home Depot employees volunteered to install new walkways and landscaping at the Chester Veterans' Memorial Plaza, following the Home Depot Foundation's donation of $11,000 towards the treasured area landmark.
