Kathy Merritt and Hannah Marlow volunteer at the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival Headquarters, 141 River Street, next to Lakeview Deli. The HQ offers information about the events and sells memorabilia such as Winter Carnival buttons. If the banner is out, the HQ is open.
