Lucas Spilling and students from Elizabethtown-Lewis Central School were joined by teacher Paul Buehler to start the 2013 Empire State Winter Olympic Games Torch Run Feb. 6.

As students from several local schools got things started with the annual Torch Run, final preparations were made to get the Empire State Winter Games started tomorrow.
