Historic cabin slated for destruction by state

As the latest example of New York State following their policy of eradicating the mark of man in the Adirondacks, the historic Cody Place in West Stony Creek is scheduled for destruction -- like the entire 1800s hamlet of West Stony Creek, as well as lean-to structures throughout the wild forest lands.
