The Thaddeus Kosciusko Bridge, also known in the Capital District as "the Twin Bridges," is undergoing deck replacement in two phases this fall and next Spring, and travelers on I-87 Northway are expected to experience substantial delays as a result. Traffic snarl-ups are expected on all weekends from now through October except for one.

Lengthy traffic delays on I-87 Northway have been predicted by state officials, in light of an extensive two-phase project to replace decking on the Thaddeus Kosciusko bridge between Cohoes and Clifton Park.
