Sunday, Sept. 30 was harvest time at the Minerva Central School garden. Students from the MCS Honor Society (Jim Dorsey, advisor) and Environmental Science Class (Sarah Fink, teacher) along with garden coordinator Katie Smith and other helpers harvested celery, carrots, cabbages, and tomatoes. It's the first year of produce yield for the garden and was the result of plenty of help from students and community volunteers.
