Sugar & Spice Country Shoppe is the 2012 Ticonderoga Business of the Year. Owner Robin McGrath was honored during the annual Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce volunteer appreciation dinner recently held at the Best Western Plus Ticonderoga Inn & Suites.
