At the Ticonderoga Elks Lodge # 1494 Installation of Officers. Ticonderoga Supervisor, Debra Malaney, representing the Essex County Board of Supervisors, presented GER David R. Carr with a resolution of congratulations and recognition of achievement for being elected as National Grand Exalted Ruler of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks of the USA for 2011-2012.
