Law enforcement arrested Michael F. Meigs, 35, of Plattsburgh (pictured) and Francis H. Estes, 20, of Keeseville and charged them with unlawfully manufacturing methamphetamine, a felony. The pair was arrested at Meigs’ home at 6 First St., which is located in the town of Plattsburgh off Wallace Hill Road.
