Ticonderoga Elks #1494 Exalted Ruler Marjorie Hurlburt presents certificates of accomplishment to Marianna Shaffer and Shelbie DuShane for their participation in the annual Elks Americanism Essay Contest. The awards were presented during Flag Day ceremonies.
