Scenes like this one at McClelland Street have become commonplace in the village of Saranac Lake this year as work continues on water, sewer, road and sidewalk reconstruction projects. Here the village is replacing a sidewalk adjacent to the Tri-Lakes Regional Federal Credit Union.
