Pete Olesheski of Up Yonda Farm tells Kindergarteners from Johnsburg about maple sugaring in a session at Up Yonda Farm in March. The environmental education facility is considered a valuable resource for not only visitors but local families, with its nature walks, displays of wildlife, snowshoeing expeditions and educational sessions.
