U.S. Senator Charles E. Schumer (D-NY) examines the finished product during his tour of the International Paper facility Friday, Aug. 31. Schumer talked about his Returning Heroes and Wounded Warriors Tax Credit, which is a proven success in incentivizing companies to hire veterans and is set to expire at the end of this year.
