EVENT ESSENTIALS: When going to an outdoor event, such as the Upper Hudson Bluegrass Festival at the Ski Bowl Park on Aug. 18 (seen above), make sure to bring the essentials: lawn chair,hat, tote bag, water bottle and reading material, such as a book or Kindle.
