Agriculture Commissioner Darrel Aubertine, State Senator John DeFrancisco, Governor Andrew Cuomo, Cara and Michaela Cuomo, and County Executive Joanie Mahoney cut the ceremonial ribbon to open the New York State Fair Thursday – a tradition since 1841.
