Lake Placid man’s body discovered after week-long investigation
The five day search for missing Lake Placid man ended Friday morning with the discovery of his body, located within 1,000 feet of his possible destination. The body, which police believe to be Seth Kilburn, 34, of Lake Placid, was discovered by the Lake Placid Police at about 10:04 a.m. as they performed a canvas search on McKinley Ave.
