Miles Austin had two hits for the home team in the championship game of the Ticonderoga Baseball Tournament March 31. Ti won the title.

There were snow flurries. The temperature was about 30 degrees with a cold wind. It was a perfect opening day for the Ticonderoga High School baseball team. The Sentinels won their season-opening tournament March 31, taking wins from AuSable Valley and Peru.
