Tractor Supply Company has named Paul Van Horn store manager of the Ticonderoga Tractor Supply store under construction. The new Ticonderoga Tractor Supply store, located in the former Dockside Landing Boat Center at 9 Commercial Drive, will open for business in mid-October.
