SOUTH BOMBAY, N.Y. — Philip J. “Picky” Mainville, 77, formerly of Fort Covington, passed away Oct. 20, 2011. Funeral services were held Oct. 24 at Coal Hill Cemetery, Westville. Cappiello-McKenzie and Cosgrove Funeral Home, Fort Covington, was in charge of arrangements.
