Following a year in which they won the New York State Class C Championship, the Lake George Basketball Team is headed toward competing for the title again as they fend off one talented team after another. Their effort is being led by Joel Wincowski, the high-scoring, ultra-quick athlete with a deadeye shot who was named the state's Class C Player of the Year — and is now being scouted by Division I college teams.
