A donation of $78,000 has been given to North Country Ministry in honor of Father Paul Cox of Cleverdale.
National Day of Prayer to be observed
Ticonderoga event May 2
National Day of Prayer will be observed in Ticonderoga. The Adirondack Community Fellowship will sponsor the event Thursday, May 2, at 6 p.m. at the gazebo in Bicentennial Park. In the event of rain it will be held in the Cornerstone Alliance Church across the street.
UCC clock to be replaced in Elizabethtown
Now, the time has come for the old clock, which was donated to the town and housed at the church, to make its final turns as the hands that have counted the days for residents have also counted down the lifespan of the motors and gears that have made it run.

A spaghetti dinner will be served Sunday, March 10, 4:30 to 8 p.m. at the Cobble Hill Inn in Elizabethtown to raise money to educate students in the third-world nation. Tickets are $10 a person and $30 for families of four or more people.

An international Church organization is in Lake George for its annual 'Feast of Tabernacles' convention, held internationally at various sites. Lake George was chosen due to its array of different types of accommodations — cottages, cabins, inns, hotels and motels — local Chamber president Michael Consuelo said.
