Schroon Lake The Schroon Lake Chamber of Commerce is seeking an executive director.
Tony Kosteki, president of the Schroon Lake chamber board, said the new position will allow the business- and community advocacy group to restructure and expand its services.
“The new position will increase the chamber’s ability to be an effective advocate for all area businesses, organizations and residents with increased marketing and member services support,” he said.
“The addition of a full time executive director is a very positive and logical next step for our organization, and the new position will result in our ability to provide more services and events support for our members and residents of the Schroon Lake region,” he said. “The right person will allow our organization to take on a more proactive role in regional marketing and economic development initiatives on behalf of our business community.”
