What a busy week end for the North Creek Area. Wayne Stock Vll was a great success at the Pavilion, There were a lot of authors for the book signing, many flea markets and garage sales plus Race the Train. Tannery Pond will be having great exhibits for the month.

Jammi Lorensen and Charlene Wood are home after many days at Saratoga Hospital.

Aaron Conlon enjoyed having a lot of his family for dinner to celebrate his 16th birthday.

Rosalie Russell was in Boston one day last week for her yearly heart checkup.

Roseanne Fogarty and Perry Smith entertained 23 family members recently.

Alonzo Conlon, Fabiann Conlon and daughter, Shasti Conlon enjoyed going to lake George on Friday night for miniature golf for Shasti’s 20th birthday. They had supper with Earl Allen.

Earl Allen, Alonzo Conlon and I went to The Place on Saturday night for supper.

Emma Parsons has her own phone at the Tri-County Nursing Rehab and would enjoy a phone call. 251-4937. She is in room 121A.

The Sodom Community Church will be having their VBS on Aug. 5-7 beginning at 6 p.m. each evening.

The Allen Antique Engine Show will be held Aug. 15 and 16. Earl Allen has camping place available. Plenty of food for sale. Come and enjoy.

There will be a Yard Sale at White Water Manor, 10 Manor, North Creek on Aug. 15 and 16 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bake Sale Friday 10 a.m. until it is gone. Lunch will be offered for $5.00 Hot dogs, chips, soda plus. There will be a sale of: Homemade jewelry, crafts, crocheted items, gently used items. Live music Saturday at 2:30 p.m. by Dave Coleman.

Our town was sad to hear about the sudden death of Sharon Dubay. She had worked at the North Creek Drug Store for 28 years.
