The Paul Harris dinner will take place Tuesday, Sept. 24 at the American Legion, Post 20 on the Quarry Road. Cocktails begin at 5:30 p.m., with dinner at 6:15 p.m. The cost for the dinner is $30 per person. For more information visit www.plattsburghrotary.org.
