Battle of Plattsburgh also growing as a music festival

— Though the Battle of Plattsburgh commemoration revolves squarely around the history of that strategic battle, it has also quietly grown into a burgeoning music festival as well.

Featuring everything from period music and military bands to a Beatles tribute band, this year’s musical offering spans musical genres as well as the North Country landscape.

For $10, adults can purchase a button which will allow them access all musical venues, plus all other attractions except the Cannonball Run, The British Invasion Dinner and Horseback Rides at the Children’s Fair. Children under 18 are free anywhere the button gains access.
