Clintonville The Valley News recently talked with the members of the AuSable Valley girls varsity basketball team, which is heading to the New York State Public High School Athletic Association's Class C Final Four at Hudson Valley Community College in Troy Saturday, March 16, where they will play Bishop Kearney at 2:15 p.m.
All of the 14 players on the team were asked the same two questions: what is you first memory in the game of basketball and what it meant to them to be going to the state Final Four. here are some of their answers:

When I started playing basketball in third grade at Keeseville Elementary School.

It is an unbelievable feeling. I am flabbergasted. Words cannot describe how excited I am.
