Book on Stieglitz & O’Keeffe

The Historical Association is publishing the book “Spirit of Presence and Place — Georgia O’Keefe & Alfred in Lake George.”

This 60-page volume was written by historian Terri P. Gay, and is based on her well-received lectures. It features vintage photos by Stieglitz and Seneca Ray Stoddard, plus O’Keefe’s paintings — as well as works by other artists who were drawn to this area in the early 1900s for inspiration.
