The Thurman Quilting Group has an update on their “Quilts for Kids” project — they received a lovely thank-you letter from the project sponsors, and these busy women are preparing to send more quilts out. The ladies recently crafted a lot of quilts for youngsters in Moore, Oklahoma, whose homes were destroyed — and their lives were disrupted — by the violent tornado that tore through their town.
