Ribbon cutting planned for new Ticonderoga bakery

The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 5:30 PM at Libby’s Bakery Cafe as part of their Grand Opening Weekend Celebration.

— The Ticonderoga Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 5:30 PM at Libby’s Bakery Cafe as part of their Grand Opening Weekend Celebration. The ribbon cutting will be followed by a light reception with ice tea, lemonade and cookies. Libby’s will close at 1:00 PM on Friday, July 19th to the public.

Chamber Members, area businesses and community members are invited to attend the ribbon cutting and reception to check out Libby’s after hours for an up close look at the bakery, cafe and kitchen.

The Grand Opening Weekend Celebration will take place from Friday, July 19 through Sunday, July 21, 2013.

Saturday, July 20th: Special Discounts & Promotions. Pull a menu card out of the cookie jar to see a menu from Libby’s. Each card will have a specific discount off your purchase for that day.

Sunday, July 21st: Submit your family recipe for a sandwich, soup or baked item. Drop the recipe off in the basket provided at Libby’s. You may see your family recipe as a future menu item. Include the name of the item, full recipe, your name and contact information.

And don't worry, Libby's couldn't forget your beloved K-9. Bring home homemade doggy treats,” shared Katie Lewis – Owner of Libby’s Bakery Café.
