Mac MacDevitt, Prevention Team community-based prevention coordinator, believes the local substance abuse coalition is needed.
“Adults in our communities need to mobilize and take action on a community level to change the conditions that support substance abuse and insure that our small towns and villages are great places for families and kids,” he said. “Ticonderoga is taking an important step in this positive direction.”
