• Tayna M. Bryan, 34, of East 180th St. in Bronx, NY was arraigned on a Felony charge of third-degree Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Sell. Police said that at 3:30 p.m. Dec. 14 she possessed 10 doses of crack cocaine totaling 3.1 grams while she was on River St. in Warrensburg. Her case was adjourned to Jan. 16.

• Wallace K. Williams, 48, of Depalo Lane, Queensbury, was arraigned on a Felony charge of second-degree Forgery, based on a Feb. 9, 2012 incident. Police said he signed the name of his wife on the back of a vehicle title for the purpose of selling the vehicle without the permission of his wife. His wife told police that she let him stay at her house with their children while she was out of state, and he sold her 1998 Olds Bravada while she was gone, then absconded with the money. Williams’ case was adjourned to Jan. 16.

• Robert Merchant, 58, was found Not Guilty on charges of second degree Aggravated Harassment after a trial in which Merchant produced witnesses on his behalf.

• William E. Stead of Main St. in Warrensburg pled Guilty to DWI. He was granted a Conditional Discharge, and his licensed was revoked for six months. Stead faces a fine of $900.

• Jonathon Bolton, also known as Jonathan Delaney, 27, of Tannery Road in Brant Lake, was arraigned on a charge of second-degree Falsifying Business Records, based on an incident Nov. 11 and 12. Police said that he made false entries on a deposit slip into an account of Glens Falls National Bank with the intent to defraud the bank of cash. His case was adjourned to Jan. 16. He is also accused with Petit Larceny in this incident for stealing $120 from the bank, according to Warrensburg Town Court records.
