Ticonderoga — The Lake Champlain Chapter of Trout Unlimited will provide scholarships to Department of Environmental Conservation summer camp to people ages 12 to 17 this summer.
The scholarships pay for a week at Camp Colby, Pack Forest, Debruce or Rushford in July and August. Parents must provide transportation.
To apply for a scholarship people must send a one-page essay detailing their interest in the outdoors to Gretchen Comfort, 749 Norrisville Road, Schuyler Falls 12985 before March 31. For more information go online at www.DEC.ny.gov/education
