Be sure to include your FULL name and phone number, and be very clear about who you’re choosing to win each game.
Finally, as close as I am, I’m not always perfect, so if you notice a mistake in your standings, just shoot me an email and I’ll fix it the next week. Remember, this is just for fun and we’re big on the honor system!
