Saranac Lake The two candidates for Harrietstown supervisor will publicly answer a variety of questions in a debate being organized by Denton Publications and the Adirondack Daily Enterprise.
The debate between Bob Bevilacqua and Tom Catillaz will take place Tuesday, Oct. 16, in the auditorium of the Harrietstown Town Hall, 39 Main St. It will begin at 7 p.m. and is expected to last about an hour.
Bevilacqua, a Republican, is a current member of the town council. Catillaz, a Democrat, is a member of the Saranac Lake village Board of Trustees. Election Day is Nov. 6. The voter registration deadline (postmarked or in person) is Friday. Oct. 12.
