To the Valley News:

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to my loving family and good friends for the surprise retirement party given in my honor on June 30. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU for all the cards, flowers, gifts and good wishes you all extended.

Thank you also to the many friends who stopped by, gave me cards and good wishes during my last week of work at Community Bank. I have been overwhelmed by all the attention. Words cannot express how touched I am. It has been an experience I will always remember fondly.
