— The bands Decadence, Fingerdiddle, The Willy Play More Band, and Avalanche provided live music throughout the day.

“It’s been awesome, couldn’t be better, and it’s great for the town,” said Brett Darrow, lead vocalist for Avalanche.

Mike Sutfin, Avalanche’s bass player agreed.

“The food’s great, and everyone has been helpful and nice,” Sutfin said.

At about 9:15 p.m., the fireworks show sponsored by Braley & Noxon began. It featured a variety of fireworks and lasted around 40 minutes. One young boy said, “It was amazing! I kept thinking the show was over because I didn’t think they could top what they just did!”
