Ticonderoga coach honored by peers

Fleury CVAC Coach of the Year

— Ticonderoga is fortunate to have excellent junior bowling leagues that prepare young keglers for high school competition, Fleury said.

“I think our junior bowling leagues are a good start for a majority of our high school bowlers,” she said. “We have very dedicated people at that level that really help me out. Rob Ballard and Kelly O'Connor devote many hours running our children’s leagues and that is where this all starts.”

This is the first time Fleury has been CVAC Coach of the Year, but it’s not the first time she’s been honored for her bowling accomplishments. She has been named Bowler of the Year by the Glens Falls Bowling Association several times.

An accomplished bowler herself, Fleury has rolled a 824 series.
