continued “It helps me out more with the line all having experience because I know what they are going to do and they know my style,” Phelan said. “I will have a little more time to throw and they can create some big holes when we run it.”
“We have three starters that are returning to the offensive line and two players that had significant playing time last year, so we have an experience group,” Bennett said. “That is always a key to have that experience back.”
Bennett said that he knows that there are still holes to fill, and the team will look to do so early in the season.
“We are going to struggle early with inexperience,” he said. “We have had a tremendous preseason so far and we are committed to having a great year.”
