— “It’s going to be great to see new and old friends come in, have a slice of pizza and enjoy the views,” Simpson said.

Simpson will primary run the restaurant alone with the help of his fiance, Theresa McAuley, who will be managing the businesses finances.

Why Knot Pizza joins the growing list of new businesses opening in Westport just in time for the summer tourism season. On April 4, Jayne and Jim Vance opened the Westport Hotel and Tavern, formerly known as the Westport Hotel, with a newly remodeled bar, restaurant and hotel on 6691 Main Street. On March 16, Ernie’s Market was reopened by owners Carolyn and Bruce Ware.

Jim Vance said it’s going to be a great thing for people of Westport to have dining choices.
