A Russian figure skater accused of stealing a car in Lake Placid last year and driving it while intoxicated has pleaded guilty to a lesser charge.
Twenty five-year-old Andrei Lutai was charged in village court last week with reckless driving.
Lutai has not returned to the U.S. since the original charges were made in 2009.
