The Jennes offer over 300 self-serve bulk candies including "gummies," gourmet bubble gums, rock candy, sour candy, panned candy, old fashioned penny candy, sugar- free candy, unique-flavored licorice twists, individual flavored taffy, Jelly Belly brand jelly beans and other sweet products.
"Now we can't forget Vermont maple syrup, right? Yep, we have that, too," said Blanca. "Along with many other Vermont-made products including, mustard, marinades, sugar shakers, jellies, jams, cotton candy and more. They all make awesome gifts."
This month, the Jennes introduced ice cream to the Middlebury Sweets hit parade. The business has partnered with Wilcox Ice Cream, a Vermont-based company, to serve a top-notch ice cream selection.
"We will carry seven flavors of hard ice cream to start this summer. We will offer cones, sundaes, waffle cones and premium chocolate dipped waffle cones (hand dipped at the store). In the future, we hope to also offer milk shakes," she added.
Middlebury Sweets delivers locally and ships throughout the U.S. In recent months, the Jennes have been getting more hits on their ship's website, www.middleburysweets.com. This online store has most of the Jenne's bricks-and-mortar products.
